Nirudyoga Nivarana Foundation
Our organisation provides employment and education opportunities to groups and people in need. We help reduce illiteracy and provide security and opportunity for those in poverty.
Nirudyoga Nivarana Foundation is a nongovernmental organization established in 2019 that provides much-needed employment and education to the weaker groups and sections of people. Our area of operation is in Hanamkonda, Warangal. We collaborate with other NGOs, working towards similar goals. We work on environmental issues like banning plastic bags, promoting plantations, greenery, agriculture, and developing roadworks. A free mega job fair also aids society and remote areas. Training on communication skills in tribal areas, youth divisions, and mandal areas has also been provided. We help people in disaster-prone areas with necessities.

OUR VISION
Our goal is to assist and support underprivileged people and groups. We ensure to be an organization that continuously responds to the shifting social realities through the development and application of knowledge, in order to build a sustainable society that upholds and defends social justice, equality, and human rights for all. To actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate.
OUR MISSION
Our main mission is to eliminate and aid jobless people who are mentally unfit. We endeavor to personally investigate their problems and give counselling about family issues, love failure, education problems, etc. We work sincerely for humanity and society without any discrimination toward religion, sex, culture, race, or community. We seek to promote social services and aid for all vulnerable sections and those who are below the poverty line.
Our Programs
Educational and Occupational Support to the Underprivileged
We work sincerely for humanity and society without any discrimination based on religion, sex, culture, race, or community. We promote social services and aid for all vulnerable sections (BPL) below the poverty line. We support girl-child education and work on issues involving children, including child education, child marriage, poverty, labor, child abuse, and child rights. We support women empowerment, and women entrepreneurs. We stand beside and support women's voices regarding domestic violence, women's rights, women's hygiene, and women's safety. We also give counseling, motivational speeches, career talks, and organize group discussions. We ensure to support transgender people's development of computers and other skills to improve their livelihood opportunities. Furthermore, we help and aid the elderly in their old age and support them in any field.
Job Assistance and Community Development
We personally look into their issues and provide counseling regarding issues related to family, failed relationships, schooling, etc. We provide aid to the community and isolated locations, as well as a free Mega Job Fair. We make sure to provide training in communication skills in tribal communities, youth divisions, disaster-prone areas, and assistance for "basic necessities" for those in need. We work on government and nonprofit projects. Volunteers and anyone in need of assistance are welcomed by our non-profit. For students who participate in voluntary work, etc., we offer voluntary certificates accompanied with an embrace.
